A graduate of the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, and Henderson State University where she studied biology, Dr. Dooley has lived and worked in Georgia since 2012. Dr. Dooley completed her psychiatry residency at Indiana University, at the conclusion of which she was the recipient of the William P. Fisher M.D. Award for Excellence in Clinical and Academic Performance during Residency. She is a strong believer in life long learning and graduated with a Master's Degree in Public Health from Georgia State University in the spring of 2023.

Dr. Dooley resides outside of metro Atlanta with her husband and daughter.
